EATSEXY -- 2013

30 minute performance and video installation with artist and writer Allie Shyer at SO VERY ALIVE: Performing Feminist and Queer Utopias.

 

During this performance Allie Shyer and I stood atop a circular table cloth coverd in sugar and lollipops. We then repeated and abstracted popular sexual language for a period of 30 minutes. Our voices were accompanied by a musical loop made from a sample of rapper 50 Cent's "Candy Shop".
